INA rolling bearing preload method is divided into radial preloading method and the axial preloading method two kinds big, simple introduction is as follows:
1 radial Preload Method
Radial top tight method used in INA bearings with a tapered bore bearing radial load, the typical example is the double row short cylindrical roller bearing INA precision by using this INA, adjust the nut bearing axial position relative to the inner ring of tapered axle neck, the swelling capacity right and get negative radial clearance, this method used for the machine tool spindle and jet engine.
2 axial preloading method
Axial preloading method generally can be divided into positioning pretension and preload two.
In positioning pretension, through adjusting the bushing or gasket size, obtain appropriate preload; also available through measurement or control the starting friction moment to adjust the appropriate preload; also can be directly used the pre paired good pre tension of double INA bearing to achieve the purpose of pre tight, the general the user does not need to re adjustment, in short, all through the INA bearing axial preload, use its relative position must not change. Preload is the use of spiral spring, butterfly spring to enable the INA bearing pre tightening method of obtaining appropriate. Preloaded spring rigidity - than INA bearing rigidity is much smaller, so the relative position of the INA bearing preload in use will change, but the preload is roughly constant.
Positioning pretension are compared with fixed pressure pretension:
(1) in the pre tension is equal, positioning preload on INA bearing the effect of increasing the rigidity is large, and the positioning pretightening effect of rigid changes on the INA bearing load is much less.
(2) positioning preload is in use, because the shaft and the temperature of INA bearing axial length difference caused by the difference of inner and outer ring, effect of temperature difference caused by the radial expansion, caused by a load displacement, will make the preload of change; and fixed pressure pretension in use, variety tight negligible.
