A, quote
In international trade in general is a product inquiry, quotation as the beginning of trade. Quotations are commonly used: FOB "ship", "cost and freight" CNF/CFR, CIF "cost, insurance and freight" etc..
Two, order (contract)
The two sides reached a trade offer intent, the buyer enterprise formal order and some related matters and the seller business consultations, mutual recognition, need to sign the "purchase contract". Signed the "purchase contract" in the process, the name of commodity, specifications, quantity, price, packaging, production, shipment, payment terms, payment, claims, arbitration to negotiate, and negotiated agreement writing "purchase contract". Three, the mode of payment

Four, delivery
