FAG special bearing vibration:

2 the selection of materials
FAG special bearing vibration:

FAG bearing:
A. rings and rolling bodies by ordinary FAG bearing steel.
B. retainer used zinc brass material, low strength, poor elasticity.
3 heat treatment
FAG special bearing vibration:
A. by Beth - horse inside circle or mixed hardening martensitic quenching + high-temperature tempering, the hardness uniformity, small internal stress; good toughness, impact resistance and vibration.
B. work in 150C temperature range, good stability.
FAG bearing:
Outer ring with ordinary quenching method, poor toughness, shock and vibration performance is poor, poor thermal stability.
4 tolerance and manufacturing process
FAG special bearing vibration:
A. strictly in accordance with the standard P6 level precision manufacturing, especially inside diameter tolerance is very small.
B. rolling body size difference between ≤ 0.002
C. cylindrical roller diameter with convexity practice, avoid stress concentration.
D. rolling ultra precision processing surface, high degree of finish.
FAG bearing:
A. PO tolerance (P6 standard) manufacturing.
B. ≤ 0.005 rolling block.
C. cylindrical roller the non convexity of practice.
D. raceway for polishing treatment, low degree of finish.
5 internal clearance

Clearance by vibration machinery production requirements, scope control within a very small range, good consistency.
FAG bearing:
The general production according to the standard group or C3 group, clearance or small, or range, large discreteness.
