The large NTN bearings:
Polyethylene composite paper with polyethylene film or single package, and then loaded into a tray; polyethylene film bag, single set packing after folding bag, then in a box; a single set into a special plastic box; a single set of three layer wrapped packaging: or composite tape with polyethylene film with the inner layer, with the fastening belt middle with water permeability plastic outer belt.
The large NTN bearings:
A single set of three layer wrapped package (ibid.); single by four layer wrapped packaging: on the three layer wrapped package, the outermost layer of a layer of burlap band wrapped again.
The outer diameter ≥ 150mm separable conical roller bearing NTN, before before packing, components should be liner polyethylene film, or external components, separate packing. Interchangeable cylindrical roller bearing NTN in diameter ≥ 150mm, because the package easily injured, the general use of internal and external components separately packaging.
NTN bearing outer packaging materials and requirements are as follows:
The double corrugated boxes, each box weight (GW) does not exceed 25kg, box pack plastic strapping; the nail plate box (box), the total weight of each box is not more than 30kg, with the blue strip packing box; the calcium plastic corrugated box, each box weight not exceeding 25kg, love with plastic box packing and strapping.
With inner NTN bearing products into the box, should be first in the liner plastic bags or plastic film; if there is a gap with corrugated paper box, block, with dry matter fill.
