                    Axial clearance in the bearing can be moved by means of the axial position of the outer ring to achieve.
An adjustment shims law:
Between the bearing and the bearing end face of the fill cap to put a set of soft material ( soft steel or flexible paper ) gasket ; adjustment , first hold the gasket mounted on the bearing cap , side evenly tighten the bearing end cap screws hand side axis of rotation until the bearing rolling contact with the outer shaft until the inside is no gap ; then measure the bearing cap and bearing gap between the faces , plus the bearing shaft during normal working hours needed the gap ; this is required to fill the place of the total thickness of the gasket , and then prepared to fill gasket placed between the bearing cap and the bearing end face , and finally tighten the screws .
2 adjusting bolts law:
The pressure ring is pressed against the outer ring of the bearing , the pressure adjusting bolt ; pressure before adjustment , first measurement adjusting the pitch of the bolt , and then tightening the adjusting bolt slowly until the internal bearing clearance is no stops, and then the calculated adjustment rotation angle corresponding to the bolt . E.g. pitch of 1.5mm, the clearance needed for the normal operation of the bearing , the rotation angle of the adjustment bolt is required for 3600 × 0.15/l.5 = 360; inversion time adjusting screw 360 , the axial bearing clearance of 0.5mm is obtained , then you can stop washer to be fixed .
