3 heat treatment

A. inner and outer rings using shell - horse mixed quenching or quenching and tempering Markov , uniform hardness , low internal stress ; good toughness, impact and vibration. B. When working at temperatures less than 150C , good stability .
Plain bearings :
Hardened inner and outer rings ordinary way , toughness is poor, poor shock and vibration performance , good thermal stability.
4 tolerances and manufacturing processes
Vibration bearings :
A. strictly P6 grade precision manufacturing standards , particularly in the diameter tolerance is very small . B. Size rolling Difference ≤ 0.002. C. Cylindrical roller diameter of a crown practice, to avoid stress concentration. D. rolling surface of ultra-fine processing , high-quality finish . Plain bearings :
A. General PO level precision tolerances ( part P6 class standard ) manufacturing . B. rolling grouping ≤ 0.005. C. Cylindrical Roller without convexity practice. D. part raceway only for polished finish low .
5 internal clearance
Vibration bearings :
Clearance by mechanical vibration requirements, the scope of control within a small range , good consistency .
Plain bearings :
Clearance is generally the standard group or C3 group production , clearance , or small , or large-scale , discrete large .
