3 heat treatment
Vibration bearings :
A. inner and outer rings using shell - horse mixed quenching or quenching and tempering Markov , uniform hardness , low internal stress ; good toughness, impact and vibration. B. When working at temperatures less than 150C , good stability .
Plain bearings :
Hardened inner and outer rings ordinary way , toughness is poor, poor shock and vibration performance , good thermal stability.
