Lufthansa (AP) restructuring costs, fuel prices and a slow down in Asia and the Middle East weakened profitability in the first six months of this year recorded a net loss of 204 million euros ($ 270.01 million).
The company made a year earlier profit of 50 million euros.
Nevertheless, Lufthansa said it is restructuring and control costs and expected to meet its profit target this year.
