1.Normalizing: steel or steel is heated to the critical point AC3 ACM above the proper temperature to maintain a certain time in the air after cooling, the heat treatment process of the pearlite organizations.
2. Annealing annealing: the sub-eutectoid steel workpiece is heated to 20-40 degrees above AC3, insulation for some time, with furnace slowly cooled (or buried in the sand or lime cooling) to 500 degrees in the air cooling heat treatment process
3. Solution heat treatment: the thermostat to keep the alloy is heated to high temperature single-phase, so that surplus fully dissolve the solid solution phase, and then quickly cooled to the supersaturated solid solution heat treatment process
4. Aging: the alloy after solution heat treatment or cold plastic deformation at room temperature or slightly above room temperature to maintain its performance over time and change phenomenon.
5. Solution Treatment: alloys of various phase dissolved fully, to strengthen the solid solution and improve the toughness and corrosion resistance, eliminate stress and softening in order to continue molding process
6. Aging treatment: strengthening phase precipitation temperature of heating and insulation, and the strengthening phase precipitates, can be hardened, to improve the strength
