1 flange coupling (GY, GYD)
In the fixed type coupling, flange coupling is one of the most widely used. It is composed of two flanged coupling half coupling, 2.5 respectively by bond and two axis connection, and the 2.5 are connected into integration by a bolt coupling. As shown in Figure 2-5, the two half couplings using ordinary bolts, bolt and bolt hole clearance, rely on the coupling of two disk contact surface friction torque transfer, with the convex shoulder and a groove in. Also can use articulation hole bolt pair, as shown in Figure 2-6, bolts on the bearing shearing and extrusion to transfer torque, so the transmission torque larger, but reaming, processing more complex.
Flange coupling has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, can transfer large torque but can not compensate the relative displacement of the two axes, the higher requirement on the neutral, no buffering and vibration absorption function. Widely used for connecting two shafts of stable load, neutral good, short and rigid good.
The 2 sleeve coupling (GT type)
Sleeve coupling sleeve to through the public key or pin connection, as shown in figure 2-7. Sleeve coupling has the advantages of simple structure, small radial dimension, assembly and disassembly of a shaft to move axially, no buffering and vibration absorption function. Sleeve coupling is commonly used in the stable load, two smaller diameter, the two axes of the neutral high precision applications.
