MOSCOW, September 1 1, 2009, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in Moscow that the Western countries insisted that the Syrian government is unrealistic unilateral ceasefire. The international community should allow the parties to the conflict to stop violence and come to the negotiating.
