INA Bearing the limits of speed generally refers to the maximum speed can be achieved under the following conditions:
1, bearing a tolerance of 0;
2, the bearing clearance for group 0;
3, the bearing load of 10% of the rated load (ie 0.1C);
4, the normal conditions of lubrication and cooling;
5, radial bearings only take radial load as roller bearing axial load only;
6, the outer temperature does not exceed 100 ℃.
Usually, the rolling bearing life calculation steps are:
A. INA Bearing according to the technical parameters and the supporting parts of the structure of the host, the primary type and size to calculate the role in the load on the bearing;
Two. Calculate the equivalent dynamic load;
3. According to the bearing rated life formula to calculate the bearing life;
4. Checking static load rating and extreme speed.
Rolling bearing rated life means the number of 90% of the bearings in the bearing before fatigue spalling can reach or exceed the number of the operation of the transfer count (in 106) or the number of hours worked in a certain speed.
    For the basic rating life of ball bearings:
L10 = (Cr / Pr) 3 (million revolutions)
In the actual calculation, the general bearing life (hours), as the number of hours worked:
Lh = (Cr / Pr) 3 / (60n) * 106 (hours)
Which Cr: radial basic rated dynamic load (KN), refers to a set of wheel bearings supposedly able to withstand the constant radial load, this loads the basic rating life of one million revolutions.
Pr: for the equivalent radial load (KN), refers to INA bearings actually suffered radial external load when the quantitative load.
For the basic rating life of roller bearings:
L10 = (Cr / Pr) 10/3 (million revolutions)
Bearing life (hours): the number of hours worked as follows:
Lh = (Cr / Pr) 10/3 / (60n) * 106 (hours)
Rating life calculation method is determined in accordance with the ordinary INA Bearing steel and general working conditions, life and reliability of 90%. Taking into account the impact of the materials and conditions of use and high reliability requirements, the International Organization for Standardization rated life formula was amended by adding the reliability coefficient, the coefficient of material factors and conditions of use.
